One of the things to keep in mind when it comes to dealing with office ergonomics is the fact that you should at the very least consider your office posture when it comes to dealing with stress and how to combat body pains at work. The reason for this is that everyone who works an office job is at a desk and would only stand up to go eat lunch or go on a break–so the thing to consider here is that you should move around or at the very least make sure that you would move around every hour or so to prevent getting stuck in the same position every time. If I had the chance to attend a seminar on office ergonomics then I would want to make sure that I pick up a lot of things from it since I can potentially teach my teammates what to do to combat body pains while at work.
